Absicon Universe: Part 3 complete
Hello all,
I've just completed part three of Echoes of Absicon, titled "The Two Thousand Years". This part is quite small compared to the other parts (only 31 A4 pages, about a quarter the size of the other parts) and is largely character oriented, although there is a chunk of action at the beginning. The next part (which I have already started on) is titled "The Fall Of Gilgamesh", and is mostly about a fifty year long war.
I have also just hit 250 A4 pages. (Yay Travis, yay!)
In other news, I have finally aquired myself a cop of Alastair Reynold's new novel "Pushing Ice". If you're interested, check out his website from the link bar on the right. On the site, he talks about a book he will be releasing that is basically a book filled with stories set in the "Revelation Space" universe, and will be titled "Galactic North". You may remember me talking about his short story with the same name. A fantastic author, one I highly recommend.
Anyway, that's all from me.
Oh, Happy New Years, by the way.
